All our products are genuine Raw honey. Essentially this means that the product is not heated and gets from the hive to the bottle through a very simple process of harvesting, straining, settling and bottling.
This honey production is focused on optimising health and taste aspects to achieve the highest standards possible.
The nectar for this product is generally collected from rural or agricultural environments with 90% of the hives located in a wider area in Gauteng. The 10% variation is made up when, for instance, honey is harvested from hives located in sunflower fields in the Free State. The various honeys are harvested and blended into the honey batch.
